For standard items held in stock the minimum order is one pack — a single box.
For custom colours or logo-printed production the minimum depends on the product group; because it requires mould and raw-material preparation we usually work on a pallet basis. Share the product code and your annual requirement and we will give you an exact figure.
Standard items in stock normally ship within 1–3 working days of order confirmation. For custom colours the time depends on the production schedule.
Demand peaks during the planting season, so ordering early shortens the lead time.
Yes. Our standard colours are terracotta, black and grey. Beyond these we can produce red, purple, green and tones matched to your brand.
Custom colour requires raw-material preparation, so a minimum quantity applies.
Yes, your company logo or plant information can be printed on the pot body. You need to supply the artwork and meet the minimum quantity.
Small quantities go by our contracted courier firms; pallet quantities and above are shipped by truck.
For export orders we load containers and our own team prepares the export documentation. Freight cost is calculated by delivery address and quantity.
First orders are prepaid, or paid on order confirmation. For ongoing commercial relationships we consider payment terms.
Bank transfer and cheque are accepted.
Yes. Our products are made from PP and PE raw material and are fully recyclable. Production offcuts are reground and reused in our own facility.
Yes. We can send samples so you can handle the product before deciding. Just send us the product codes you are interested in and your address.
Thermoform pots are thin-walled and light; pack counts are high, so storage and freight costs drop. Ideal for single-season seedling production.
Injection pots are thick-walled and withstand handling and reuse. Suited to large plants, landscaping and long growing cycles.

Yes, we can produce moulds in your own dimensions and form. The mould investment and production volume are assessed together.
